For Coordinators
For Housing Coordinators & Relocation Teams
The short version
One furnished whole house in Whitestown, Indiana, 4 to 5 bedrooms, sleeps 8 comfortably and up to 10. Thirty-day minimum, month to month after that. Utilities, WiFi and parking included. You deal with the owners directly, not a management company — so an answer on availability comes back quickly. We invoice companies, and provide a W-9 and certificate of insurance on request.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you rent by the room or the whole house?
- The whole house. One address, one agreement, one point of contact — which is usually simpler for a coordinator than tracking several bookings.
- How many people can you place?
- The home has 4 to 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It fits 8 people comfortably and we can make space for up to 10.
- What is the minimum stay, and how do extensions work?
- A 30-day minimum, month to month after that. Extensions are common and straightforward — tell us as soon as you know and we will hold the dates.
- Can occupants change during the placement?
- Yes. The agreement is for the house, so a crew or team can rotate people in and out without rebooking.
- What is included in the rate?
- Furnishings, linens, a fully equipped kitchen, in-home laundry, WiFi and utilities up to a reasonable household usage limit. Parking is included — a 2-car garage plus driveway, with no permit to arrange.
- What are the move-in costs?
- There is a security deposit and a cleaning fee. The deposit is refundable after checkout, less any damages or excess cleaning.
- Are pets accepted?
- Yes, with an additional $250 pet cleaning fee. Any pet-related damage is billed accordingly.
- Can you invoice the company directly?
- Yes. We can invoice an employer, agency or carrier rather than billing the occupant. Tell us who the invoice should go to and any PO or reference number it needs to carry, and we will set it up before the stay begins.
- Can you provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance?
- Yes to both, on request. The home has been operating as a furnished rental for the past year, so this is routine paperwork rather than something being arranged for the first time. If your process needs anything beyond those two, tell us and we will work through it.
