Corporate Housing in Indianapolis (Indy)

For relocation, project teams, executive stays, and extended business travel, corporate housing should feel like a real home. Our Whitestown furnished property offers privacy, space, and a setup built for 30+ day stays.

What Business Stays Usually Need

  • • Reliable WiFi and dedicated workspaces
  • • Full kitchen and in-home laundry
  • • Simple parking (garage/driveway)
  • • Quiet nights and a comfortable layout
  • • Extension-friendly terms for changing timelines

If you’re searching for a long-term rental in Indianapolis, this is often the same need—monthly, furnished, and flexible.

Crew & Project Housing (Lebanon LEAP District)

A growing share of our stays are project teams working in the LEAP Lebanon Innovation and Research District, a short drive north on I-65. Meta is building a data center campus there — more than $10 billion supporting more than 4,000 construction jobs at peak — and Eli Lilly has more than $13 billion committed to its Lebanon site in the same district. We have hosted a superintendent's full crew, and added a fifth bedroom so the team could stay together.

We rent the whole house rather than by the room, which keeps billing simple and lets you rotate crew members as the schedule changes.

Why Whitestown (North Indy Corridor)

A northside base can reduce daily friction—easy I-65 access, calmer evenings, and quick routes to multiple suburbs and downtown. It’s a practical option for teams covering the Indianapolis metro.

In short

Corporate stays fail on small things: no proper desk, no laundry, a kitchen that cannot cook a real meal, parking that needs a permit. This is a whole house on the Indianapolis north side with two dedicated workstations, fast WiFi, a full kitchen and a garage — set up for assignments measured in months rather than nights.

How it works

  1. 01

    Send the requirement

Headcount, start date, expected duration, and whether occupants may rotate during the stay.

  2. 02

    Availability confirmed quickly

You are dealing with the owners, not a booking desk.

  3. 03

    Company billing

We invoice the company rather than the employee, with a W-9 and certificate of insurance on request.

  4. 04

    Extend as the project moves

Month to month after the first 30 days, so a slipping timeline does not mean rebooking.

Frequently asked questions

Is there somewhere proper to work?
Two dedicated workstations — a full home office downstairs and a desk in a quiet nook upstairs — plus fast WiFi. Enough for two people on calls at once.
Can team members rotate during the stay?
Yes. The agreement is for the house, so people can swap in and out as the project needs without rebooking anything.
Can you invoice a company or carrier?
Yes. We can invoice an employer, agency or carrier rather than billing the occupant, and provide a W-9 and certificate of insurance on request.
What is the minimum stay, and how do extensions work?
Thirty days minimum, month to month after that. Extensions are common and straightforward — tell us as soon as you know and we will hold the dates.
How many people does the home sleep?
Four to five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It fits 8 people comfortably and we can make space for up to 10.
What is included in the rate?
Furnishings and linens, a fully equipped kitchen with a large pantry, in-home washer and dryer, WiFi and utilities up to a reasonable household usage limit, and parking — a 2-car garage plus driveway, with no permit to arrange.
