What is happening at the Lebanon site?
Meta broke ground in February 2026 on a 1,500-acre data center campus in the LEAP Lebanon Innovation and Research District in Boone County, investing more than $10 billion across several phases. The plan covers about 4 million square feet across 13 buildings, 10 of them data centers, delivering one gigawatt of capacity once fully operational.
It is expected to support more than 4,000 construction jobs at peak, plus about 300 permanent operational roles once running, with buildings beginning to come online late 2027 to early 2028. This is a multi-year build, not a short project.
Eli Lilly is building in the same district — more than $13 billion committed to its Lebanon site, involving more than 5,000 construction jobs during the build. Whitestown is the next community south of Lebanon on I-65 — about 10 miles from the house — roughly a 15-minute drive. The LEAP district sits on the Lebanon side nearest Whitestown, so the exact time depends on which gate your crew uses, and we will send precise directions once we know. Whitestown sits between the LEAP district and the Indianapolis north side, so the crew is close to the job in the morning and close to restaurants, groceries, gyms and Zionsville or Carmel in the evening.

How does booking work for companies?
We work with project managers, housing coordinators and recruiters. The house is offered at a whole-house monthly rate. Tell us headcount, start date and expected duration, and we will confirm availability. We can invoice your company directly rather than billing the crew — tell us who the invoice goes to and any PO or reference it needs to carry. A W-9 and certificate of insurance are available on request.

- What is the minimum stay?
- Stays are a minimum of 30 days, month to month after that. Extensions are straightforward — just tell us as the schedule firms up.
- Is there space for work trucks?
- There is a 2-car garage plus driveway parking. Tell us your vehicle count when you enquire and we will confirm exactly what fits before you commit.
- Are utilities and WiFi included?
- Yes. Utilities and WiFi are included up to a reasonable household usage limit. If there are unusual overages we will flag it and handle it fairly.
- Can crew members rotate during the stay?
- Yes. The agreement is for the house, so you can swap people in and out as the project needs without rebooking anything.
- How many people does the house sleep?
- The home fits 8 people comfortably across 4 to 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and we can make space for up to 10.
- Can you invoice our company, and do you have a W-9 and COI?
- Yes. We invoice the company rather than the crew, and can provide a W-9 and a certificate of insurance on request. The home has been operating as a furnished rental for the past year, so this is routine.
