What is the minimum stay?

Stays are a minimum of 30 days.

Are utilities and WiFi included?

Yes. Utilities and WiFi are included up to a reasonable household usage limit. If there are unusual overages, we’ll flag it and handle it fairly.

Is the home pet friendly?

Yes. Pets are allowed with an additional $250 pet cleaning fee. Any pet-related damage (including to furniture) is billed accordingly.

How many guests can stay?

The home fits 8 people comfortably, and we can make space for up to 10 people.

Is there a dedicated workspace and fast WiFi?

Yes. There are two dedicated workstations: a full home office downstairs, plus a desk and chair upstairs in a cozy nook.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

Absolutely. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge, large pantry, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, and toaster.

Is there in-home laundry and are linens provided?

Yes. Washer/dryer and linens are provided.

What are the move-in costs and what’s refundable?

There’s a security deposit and a cleaning fee. The deposit is refundable after checkout, minus any damages or excess cleaning.

How close is the home to major hospitals and downtown Indianapolis?

Approximately: OrthoIndy Hospital ~9 miles, Ascension St. Vincent ~13 miles, IU Health North ~12–13 miles, and downtown Indianapolis ~19 miles (traffic can change drive times).
